How To Cure Neck Stiffness And Mild Headache?
Hello, I am an 18 year old female who has had a stiff/sore neck for 3 days along with a very mild headache. I ve tried Tylenol, Ice, and heat and nothing seems to work. I thought I had just pulled a muscle but it s not getting any better. I don t want to go in to the ER unless absolutely necessary. Thanks.

It seems that you have a soft tissue injury. It happens because of the muscle injury or because of a stop of the blood flow to the area.
Here are a few things you can try to help you:
Drink lots of water
Ice the area for 15 minutes at a time
Warm the area with a hot water bag for 5 minutes
Rest the area for 1 hour
Take tablet Ibuprofen 400 mg to help
Follow up after 4 days. All the best.
