How to cure lump on right ear and cheeks of a 2 months old baby ?

hi, my newphew who is 2 months old began to have a lump below his right ear and under his cheeks ... this appeared recently and the lump is still there..... can yoo please help

These can be just lymph nodes which get enlarged during infection in that area. Please get the child examined by a good ENT specialist.
