How To Cure Lichen Planus Black Scars?
Hi, I am 23 yrs old software engineer. I am having lichen planus black scars on most of my bosy parts specially on legs. Could you suggest any better and easy way to get rid of spots?I had been to few doctors but all prescribed creams all over bosy which is difficult daily.

hi, welcome to HCM,
lichen planus black scar needs treatment with potent steroid as the disease activity will decrease black colour will start fading.
apply emollient and clobetasol oint in mixture twice daily.
tab dapsone 100 mg once daily at night.
avoid trauma and scratching as trauma causes flare up of disease and more darkening.
