How To Cure Itchiness And Dryness Around Vagina?

Hello, my vagina is itchy. My clitoris has this white crumy stuff that kinda looks like small pieces of toliet paper. My vagina is very dry and when I tried to have sex some white lumpy stuff came out on my husbands penis. I do not have an STD. What is the problem?

Thank you for query.It may be due to fungal infection.Please take following precautions.Use loose cotton clothes.Keep area dry.Apply antifungals like clotirimazole.clean the area twice daily with warm water.oral antifungals like flucanazole 150 mg weekly once can be taken.Treat your partner also to prevent recurrence.Good control of diabetes is most important to prevent recurrence.consult doctor if does not subside.You can get back to me for any clarifications with the photos.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist.
