How To Cure Intermittent Diarrhea And Blood In Stool?

HI. I went got colonoscopy done and got diagnised with ileal ulcers. On biopsy, it was clear that it was not croh's' and it did not have symptoms of any IBD. I am using Normaxin and Enterogermina now since last 8 days. I have not medical histoy but quit boozing just a month back after which diahhrea started along with bloody stools. Now the blood in the stools is gone but intermittent diahhrea persists. Please tell me what could this mean. I am 29 years old.

from the non healed stage of ulcer .

* Recommendations for better recovery

- Plenty of liquids .
- Soft , light diet with fresh curd .
- Avoid oily , spicy , non veg , junk foods , hot beverages .
- Addition of antibiotic with metronidazole on pack , proton pump
inhibitors will fasten the recovery with current medications .

- Avoid stress , anxiety .
- No smoking , alcohol if using .
- Regular walking , exercises , YOGA will boost the recovery period .
- Maintain regular sound sleep of 8 hours .
