How To Cure Injured, Swollen Knee Of Child?
Hi my son injured his knee at footy last night. This am it is very sore on the outer aspect when he stands on his heel. He is 11. There is maybe a tiny bit of swelling over the knee. He seems to have full range of motion otherwise. It just remains very sore when force is applied thru the heel.

Apply ice fomentation over injured area.
Give combination of acetinophen and ibuprofen 6 to 8 hourly.
Make him to take rest.
In case symptoms persist get him examined by doctor.
