How To Cure Hyper Pigmentation And Tanning On Neck And Hands?

I am girl age 19.i have very sensitive skin and therefore in summer it gets tanned very fast as the result i am left with hyperpigmented tanned mark on my neck and on my both the hands .i am trying many home remedy since 4 years but the result is unfruitful..please help me

This is Dr Amit. I can understand your concern.
I will suggest you to see a dermatologist just to make sure it is not due to more than sun damage. Many bleaching agents take a long time to work. Some are very harsh and may cause skin reactions.
Remember to wear daily sunscreen to prevent more discolorations.
Meanwhile you can try rubbing your skin with fresh lemon halves, papaya or potatoes and then exfoliating with a gentle scrub once in a week
