Hi, welcome to HCM.
Your child has pain in arms and legs and she is also playing less, it seems that your child has probably got calcium deficiency.
In calcium deficiency, child usually gets tired easily and has pain in arms and legs which subside on taking rest.
In my opinion, you should do calcium and phosphate levels in child and x ray wrist ap view to rule out calcium deficiency.
Further treatment will depend on above reports.
I hope this will help you.
Take care.
