Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query.You are most likely having yeast infection.White thick discharge and itching or burning sensation is characteristic.For such cases in my patients i treat with clotrimazole ointment or suppository for local application.I also give fluconazole tab weekly once weekly once for one month to stop recurrence.I also recommend my patients to use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH and there by prevent getting further infections.Hope this may help you.
