How To Cure Excess Sebum On Pores Of The Face?

Most of my pores, especially on my face, are full of sebum that I can squeeze out daily. It then refills and shows the next day (or shorty after). I wash my face twice a day and have had this problem for about 2 years. I m not on any meds and eat a pretty well balanced diet

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
Excess sebum or excessively oily skin can be treated by
Using a salicylic acid face wash twice daily like saslic/saliac/neutrogena/spongysal
Apply tretinoin 0.1% cream in night over affected area.
If your face is too oily, get a prescriptin of oral isotretinoin from your doctor.
Also take few sessions of azelaic acid peel.
Hope this would help you.
Take care
