How To Cure Dizziness While Suffering From Low Blood Pressure?

I have a problem with my balance plus within the last six months, I have also been experiencing short periods of time when I feel that I may pass out - I stop what I am doing and then it passes. During the past week, I have been checking my blood pressure at a local pharmacy. It runs on the average about 105/60 - sometimes as low as 56. Is this serious?

Hi,
I read your query and understand your concern
Low blood pressure can be normal at some people when they don't experience symptoms
In your cause suffering from low cardiac frequency too can provoke those passed outs (called syncope)
Anyway in my opinion I don't think you are suffering from any disease or from any risky situation
Just to be sure you have to schedule a cardiac exam and maybe a cardiac ultrasound
Meantime use healthy diet full of liquids (drinks)
Increase salt in the diet which will increase your blood pressure
Hope my answer has helped you
Best regards
