How To Cure Dizziness, Headache And Blocked Nose Along With Bloody Phlegm?

i have been ill for the past four days with what i thought started as a chest infection but i m completely bewildered now. at first i had light headaches and coughs with a bad chest. however now when i stand up i feel extremely heavy and dizzy, lethargy, severre headaches, nose completely blocked, random fever spikes (stone cold at one point and soaking the sheets in sweat in another) and i have just sniffed as hard as i could (in an attempt to open my nasal passages) and coughed up them flem which contained lumps of dark red and black blood? i m a nineteen year old male. any help is greatly appriciated. thank you

Hi,

Routine lab tests are to be done - CBC, INR and CRP, blood culture and AST, sputum evaluation and chest X-ray. These will give clues to further treatment. You must go to an OPD doctor.
