Sir,I am 39 yrs male and have two children aged 10 yrs female and 03 yrs male child. Female child is fit and fine by the grace of great almighty. Male child is suffering from severe skin decease. He is a harlequin baby. His skin is scaly and cracks regularly. However the pores of his nose have been opened and sweat drops are visible on the nose at the high temperature but skin of the entire body other than nose gets reddish then turns to yellow then cracks. His eyes, ears and other parts of the body have become normal but sweating glands are blocked so far. Resultant, the layer of entire skin is getting removed at the interval of six hours. As and when skin gets cracked, it gives a deep cut on particular spot which exposes the flesh behind the skin. His growth is normal and satisfactory and he is otherwise very active, talented, sharp minded, enthusiastic and perfect in all respect but this problem has kept doctors in chaotic state to give certainty of his future. However they are expecting six years to bring the child up to their assurance level. Whatever care advised is being provided at every level. He is kept in air-conditioned and sterilized room, his movements are restricted for infection prone zone and regular massage is being done to keep his skin soft. He is rare of the rarest in entire world and his survival is just a miracle. Your advise in this regard is required.
