How To Cure Coloured Spots Or Rashes On Foreskin Of Penis?

I m 18 year old guy. I have these white coloured spots or rashes on foreskin of my penis. Its there since i was 16, it is not at all itchy but it irritates once in a while. Its like a colony of small boils probably of 1mm diameter. I think its spreading. I wash my pubic area with soap everyday thoroughly and also i masturbate daily. I thoght it is fordyce spots, but then i read on Internet that it heals automatically with time but i dont see any healing in my case. Please suggest me what to do. I can send picture of it if required.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and thank you for your question.
It may be pearly penile papules. Please look on the internet for pictures of these. If this is what you have then do not worry they are completely normal and harmless. If this is not what you have then you should probably see a physician for a diagnosis so that you can get adequate treatment
Regards
