In general, we don't recommend over-the-counter cold/cough remedies to young children. I would recommend stopping the T minic. Instead, we can use saline nose drops followed by suction with a rubber bulb syringe. Also, a cool mist humidifier or vaporizer in the room can sometimes be beneficial. With good hydration and a few days time, the illness will most likely resolve on it's own. if it doesn't, you should consult with your doctor.
