Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you might be having benign fasciculation syndrome,
It is a neuromuscular irritation.
The other possibilities may be the pharyngitis, or esophagitis caused by some infection.
If no relief seen you consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
Avoid taking fruits, juices, ice water, ice cream, and the things allergic to you
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
