I understand your concern.
In
pregnancy there is natural tendency of blood being stagnated in lower extremity,due to weight gain in pregnancy, leading to incompetence of valves in leg veins + weakness of calf muscles due to overuse & exhaustion. Similarly change in body posture due to gravitational cause
* Your problem seems to be due to same cause.You can manage it well by-
- lying down with a pillow under legs after work,
- Have a warm water bath ,
- Light
massage with
muscle relaxant ointment.
Few life style changes would help to manage the causative factors -
- Doing regular leg stretching exercises, Back extention exercises / walking daily. This helps by improving blood circulation & muscle strengthening.
- Calcium & vitamin D supplements,
- having optimum relaxation in between working hours ( at least 10 minutes break every two hours) & sit with leg end raised during the time.
Apart from this consult your obstetrician for excluding/ confirming Pelvic inflammation with white discharge/ joint involvements & specific treatment as per need.
