How To Cure Anxiety, erectile Dysfunction And Mild Oligoasthenospermia?

I have been married for 1 year and yet not consummated our marriage. The problem is my husband is afraid of having intercourse. He is suffering from anxiety, erectile dysfunction and mild oligoasthenospermia. We have consulted urologists and sexologist. He has tried with dapoxetine, udzire but erection doesn t last more than 10 sec. He has also 0 appetite for sex. Testosterone levels are low. Just a mention of physical intimacy makes him uncomfortable. Is there any solution to this problem as now i m thinking of moving out of this marriage.

Hello dear
I had gone through your question very diligently and I can understand your concern
This could be due to stress or performance anxiety which is very common with some hypersensitive individuals
In my opinion He needs to be evaluated by a psychiatrist
Apart from medicines He may require counselling and behavioural therapy
Dapoxetine is not recommended
Testosterone shot or sildenafil group of drugs may improve his sex Desire and performance as well

You should give him a chance before moving out of relationship
Make your bedroom more conducive for sex
Splend some time in foreplay, titillate him
He needs your support and cooperation

Hope you will find my response relevant to your question and helpful
Regards
