Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello thanks for asking from HCM

You have developed anxiety last week and later you have developed fear that this anxiety will occur again. This is nothing but anticipatory anxiety. It is commonly seen after severe anxiety of panic attacks. Try relaxation exercises, yoga, meditation to reduce anxiety. If anxiety doesnt improve with relaxation exercises visit a psychiatrist.
Medicines like SSRIs as sertraline, escitalopram etc are used for proper treatment. For episodes of severe anxiety medicines like propranolol, clonazepam can be used on SOS basis. Consult a psychiatrist for prescription of drugs.

Thanks.
