How To Cure Abdominal Pain And Fecal Impaction?

I went to the ER today with pulsing abdominal pain (10), then goes away and comes back. I had a CT Scan that showed all ok except moderate stool build-up. I was given magnesium Citrate but I still have these same symptoms after evacuating my colon. I had a fall on Monday that seemed to precipitate.

Greetings

Most likely it seems you have severe constipation because of which you are having abdominal pain. Apart from magnesium citrate, drink plenty of water, eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruit. Avoid meat for few days till things get settle down.

Exercise daily, this will increase the motility of bowel and it will increase the bulk of stool.

Hope this answers your question.
