ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,the swollen lymph node behind your ear might be due to infection/dandruff in your scalp as you are suffering from lump at the front of your scalp and feeling itching in the scalp.

You need to have blood test(like Complete Blood Count and ESR) to know if you are suffering from infection and to check your hemoglobin level, as you are suffering unusual tiredness and hot at night.

You can take analgesic(like Ibuprofen) for the pain in neck due to lymph node enlargement.

You need to consult a Dermatologist to check your Scalp and after checking,he/she might start antibiotics.

Hope this answers your question.Take care.
