How To Cure A Small Keloid Located On The Hood Of The Clitoris?

Hi, I am 23 years old and I have a small keloid located on the hood above my clitoris. This keloid came from a piercing that I had a long time ago. For a while now, I have been trying to find a way to get rid of this small keloid without getting surgery. Any suggestions?
