How To Cure A Pimple Noticed On Testicles?

I am 19 and i have not been sexual active for about half a year, i took a shower this morning but didn't notice anything. Tonight at about 11:30 i went tot he bathroom. After i cleaned myself up i noticed a pimple like thing on my white testicle, as i had cleaned my self i accidentally rubbed it with the paper. Then puss came out, it increased in size a little and has blood coming out but not very much.Its the same color as the rest of my skin, but it is a little shiny, with a hole on the top, the skin on the growth area is very taunt or stretched out. Is it something to be worried about?

No its nothing to worry about. It is a sebaceous cyst. Do not puncture it in future otherwise it can get infected. If it becomes red or painful, it will require a course of antibiotics, otherwise it will not trouble you. If you think it is unsightly or want it to be removed then you will have to undergo a small surgery for its removal.
