Hello and welcome to HCM,
A large painful lump on the inner vaginal wall can be due to enlarged Bartholin's gland.
Bartholin's gland is a gland present at the junction of anterior two thirds and posterior one third of the labia minora.
Bartholin's gland is enlarged due to infection of the gland and blockage of the duct of the gland.
However, a clinical assessment is required to diagnose the condition.
If Bartholin's gland enlargement is present, treatment has to be taken- antibiotics and excision of enlarged gland.

Thanks and take care
