How To Cure A Blister/callus On The Toe?

I have what looks like a blister/callus on my toe. It s been there for months. I just caught it on my toe and loads of very thick sticky liquid came out of it. It was the consistency of pus but completely clear. I m just wondering what it might be as it s left a big hole in my toe

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

As per your case history of callus, my treatment advice is:

1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Apply a salicylic acid plus lactic acid lotion like Salactin paint on affected region once at night.

If the problem persists, then consult a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshit Bhachech
