How To Cure 10 Yrs Of Anxiety And Depression When Meds Not Helping?

hi i have been dealing with real bad anxiety and depression for over 10 years.... iv taken many scrips and none of them seem to help calm me down. i am constintly on edge and up thinking and worring. i usually get about 2 hours of sleep a night and sometimes not even that. i have about 2 panic attacks a week to where my breathing gets fast and hard, my muscles feel like they almost lock up. iv also tried church, yoga, walking outside and nothing is seeming to help. please help me. i dont like who i am. I have two young children 5 and 7 months. i want to be a calm happy mom for them.

I went through your details.Isuggest you not to worry much. Anxiety is a state of mind. It is a disorder. Please don't fear it. It creates more problem when you fear it. Take it as part of life and it will not disturb you much. You should learn to relax physically and mentally. It is only possible with yoga and meditation. You say yoga did not help becuase you did not do it properly and discounted it. Yoga and meditation gives its effect with a delay. Around 15 days or so. Stick to it to see the result. Moreover yoga is a lifestyle. Not exercise nor treatment. Understand it. You start doing it daily from today and benefits are assured and permanent.
