How To Cope With Depression Due To L5 S1 Herniated Disc And Sciatic Nerve Damage?

Once in a while i have this desire to cry or I well up as i prevent my self from crying. And once in a while my right hand may shake - not often but whiner does it is noticeable as i never had either problem. I have 3 heart stents, potential diabetic, and sciatic nerve damage with suffering an L5 S1 herniated disk.

Thus, with the concerned specialist, most appropriate treatment and involvement in other activities like exercising, music, gardening, interacting with people are some of the ways to burst stress.
