ok, i m just trying to get a better understanding of all this stuff and how to fix it, my labs report that my cortisol levels are off the chart due stress. No surprise there but how do I fix this little problem and get back to a mellow place that brings peace, joy, happiness, and less worry. There has tto be a healthy way to manage continued stress pertaining to my sick daughter and also with myself without leaving my husband who isn t really on board,
