How To Control The Urge To Urinate When Nervous?

When I m nervous especially during a quiz or exam, I often have the urge to urinate but only little of urine comes out. Even just after I urinate I still have the urge to pee after 5 minutes. This only happens when I m nervous and most of the time during test. How can I overcome this problem?
