How To Control The Temperature In A Neurotic Syndrome Patient?

my 19 months old daughter is neurotic syndrome patient, and she is under medication from the last 60 days, at present we are giving 15mg prednisolone tablet for every alternate day, and her weight is 11kg. At present her spot urine creatinine ratio is 0.23. But due to cold suddenly her temperature raised to 101 what to do, kindly suggest me

HI...it is not neurotic syndrome. It is Nephrotic syndrome. I suggest you get back to the nearest emergency room or pediatrician immediately. The kid is already on oral steroids and on steroids the kid has developed fever. this is very unusual. If I were you pediatrician I would definitely evaluate the baby for serious bacterial infection before ruling out as common cold.
