I am apple-shaped. After having gone through 5 pregnancies, Ive lost all my my pregnancy weight, but my belly is bulging. I m so self-conscious about it. Any medications/ diet pills? Or must I need to really, really exercise?

for the weight loss..u should do some yoga in the morning....first drink 1 glass of water then do some yoga excercises..then have light breakfast and tea..no fat /cholestrol
then have small frequent diet
then have some thing with evening tea..lght
then dinner at late hours

Hi, I have a daughter who is almost two. Right now I m Inbetween insurance and so I cant see a doctor for a couple of weeks. I haven t had my period in about four months. I was on the shot of birth control which the doctor said can make it where I don t get a period. Anyways it s been a little bit longer. I have gained about 10 pounds the past two months. Most of it is in my belly. If I wear any tight fitting shirt I look like I m pregnant. That s not normal for me. I feel strong movements and a budge in my stomach(like a baby). I also started making a little bit of breast milk which I haven t been able to in over a year. I ve been very hormonal. I also am going pee a lot more than normal. I feel pregnant but ALL 10 of my tests were negative. My Obgyn says to come in for an ultrasound. What do you think it could be? A lump? Or a baby? Is there anything else it could be? My stomach is getting bigger every week. But these negative pregnancy tests make me believe it s just bloating or something. Please tell me what you think it could be.
