sir there is a problem with my sperm leakage it frequently happem when i see the porn movies aur just watch a rondom romantic movie this is a big problem for me and while sleeping it also occurs 2 times in a week what should i do or whats my diet should be ??

Welcome to HCM. Sorry about your worry, what you are going through is normal. Semen is comprised of many fluids in it (from seminal vesicle, prostate gland, bulbourethral gland), and the clear fluid is what is called pre-ejaculate and is seeps out during arousal as you describe it.
