Hello,

You may be suffering from acute gastroenteritis. It may take time to recover. Drink plenty of water and ORS solution.

Use tablet sporulac twice a day for five days. Use tablet loperamide if necessary.

Take soft diet and regular exercise. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
