How To Control High Potassium Levels In The Blood?

I recently received my results from a metabolic levels blood test. It said that everything was normal except a high potassium level. I was told to stop using salt substitutes or potassium supplements. I don t use either one of these. But, I do eat a banana a day and also apples regularly. And I am on 10mg of lisprinopol, sotolol, and xarelto each day as the Cardio doctor has prescribed. Help me understand my high potassium levels?
