How To Control High SGPT And Bilirubin?

Hi,two week ago i got hcv anti body test which was positive then i got pcr quantative test for virus presence .my pcr test was negetaive (undetectable). But my sgpt and bilirubin are high 59 u/l and 2.4 respectively . I need suggestion ,should i get some medicine or i Can control without medicine my sgpt and bilirubin level. Hello,

I would explain that it seems that the viral infection is not active for the moment.

For this reason, I would not recommend treatment.

Instead, I would recommend repeating liver function tests and performing an abdominal ultrasound.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.
