How To Control High SGOT And SGPT In Short Period?
Presently i am trying for Overseas employment.Last week i took an medical test as a part of my processing and the result says unfit because the Values of SGOT and SGPT are high.How can i control them in short period.and what is the normal value?

This suggests that there is some problem in your liver so to find out the lesion in the liver go for ultra sound of liver and find out the cause and go for treatment acoordingly.
Normal value is,
SGOT-upto 40 u/l (AST)
SGPT-upto 40 u/l (ALT).
