Hi, thank you for posting.

To control your blood pressure you should follow this precautions:
-Physic exercise(walking), 1 hour a day.
-Lose in weight(if you are obese), until you get in normal weight.
-Eliminate cholesterol, carbohydrate, spicy foods, coffee and alcoholic drinks.

You should check your blood pressure twice a day for 15 days. The results should be controlled by a cardiologist.

You also need:
-ECG(electrocardiogram), this test will show electrical activity of the heart.
-Heart echography, to see the condition of your heart.
-Blood test.
-Glycemic index.
-Lipid test, to show your cholesterol level.
-Azotemia and Creatinemia test, to check the kidney status.

The results will determine your right treatment.

Contact a cardiologist.

Dr. Behar.
