How To Control Hair Fall And Dandruff?

Dr I am having a lot of dandruff problem,I have used many antidandruff shampoos like onabet and etc but they didn t work but now from past 6months I am having severe hair falling problem,I was having thick hair but now it has become so thin. Last few months ago Dr suggested me proanagen tablet,sporonox tablet for one week but it didn t work still having severe hair fall pls help me out,my age is 29yrs and having 2year baby and was still breastfeeding till last 2days.pls help me out Dr.

Hello dear,

Dandruff is basically Seborrheic dermatitis & can be treated with shampoos or lotion containing salicylic acid, coal tar, ketoconazole, or selenium.

Sporonox (pharmacologically Itraconazole) is an antifungal agent helpful against dandruff and hair fall.
Proanagen blocks the hormones that causes hair loss and thinning hair within scalp.
So, the medications suggested by your Doctor are correct.
Please continue them as advised.

There is no need to worry. Your hairs will grow back again.
