How To Control Fluctuating Blood Sugar Levels Despite Taking Insulin?

ok heres the deal Im from new zealand and Im a type two insulin dependant diabetic thats also on a pump My daily dosages are around the 200-240u this includes bolus how do I improve My control as Im still having a wide range of his down to maybe a 12 if Im lucky theres heaps of other issues ie dead sexual dysfunctin and a health care team that isnt really intersted in helping as I have had way to many tbis any options ? z d do you require any other info ? I also dont have a credit card nor can I afford to pay for health care all My money goes to this horrid disease I suffer from so not sure what to do now cant pay

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, in diabetes it is the first rule that it has to be managed on tight rule basis, second HB1c need to be tested periodically if this is in the range then no need to worry, again clinical symptoms are also matter of concern, do some exercise, cut down calorie in diet, be stress free, hope this information helps.
