Brief Answer:
Stay Hydrated,eat healthy,choose clothes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I really appreciate your concern
I had gone through your question but I will give you some advices for your benefit.

Sweating is a normal process of our body. It consists in the production of fluids that are secreted by the sweat glands of our body. It helps our body to stay cool. Factors that increase the level of sweating include : Exercising, emotions, and HOT WEATHER ( like in your case ).

There are some things you can try to reduce the sweating problem.
First of all you can use specific anti antiperspirants, and to achive a more positive effect you should use them at night. You can re use them at noon also.
Choose your clothes : wear lightweight fabrics such as cotton, this will allow your skin to "breathe" and prevent your body from overheating.

Consume a healthy diet: First of all drink planty of water during the day. Its reccomended to drink electrolyte pumped-up sports drinks ( like Gatorade ) to help you save the balance of your electrolites in your body). You should consume large amount of fruits and vegetables, and avoid spicy foods, caffein and alcohol. Also try to reduce stress as much as you can.

It is reccomended to contact your health care provider if you experience symptomes like : Chest pain, Shortness of breath, arrhythmia or too much weight loss.

I hope this advices will help you.
Best regards!
