How To Control Elevated Thyroid Levels?

My son who is 12 and has problems with his legs now has a new problem that's being presented whereby his blood tests are showing an elevation with his thyroid. I'm not sure if it's hypo or hyper or anything. Also about 2 months ago he started having a problem with very bad breath. My sister who is a nurse says these two issues can be related but I'm trying to deal initially with a scraper, tooth brushing to deal with the breath problem until we see an endocronologist in February. Is there anything I can do to deal with his breath that'll work better since it's still quite bad and is there anything I should know more about his thyroid problem?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

He has thyroid problem. If his T3 and T4 is high with low TSH then it is hyperthyroidism. If his TSH is high with low t3 and t4 then it suggest hypothyroidism.

Please update his thyroid function test reports and x ray chest so that I can help you further.

Hope I have answered your question. if you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.
wish you very good health.
