Hi, im 22 since yesterde I hve this tingling ticklish sensation on my clitoris no pain o itchiness jst ticklish feeling its constantly happening cant slp...even if j dont wanna urinate it gves me d feeling thr I hve to its really bad cnt control ds ticklish feeling on my clitoris

Hello, and I hope I can help you today.

Because of the sensation you describe of feeling like you have to urinate you may actually have urethritis (inflammation of the urinary opening) or a UTI (bladder infection). Other possibilities is that you have a yeast infection of the skin on the hood of the clitoris, though that is less likely if you are not itchy.

I recommend you purchase an antifungal cream at the pharmacy (designed for yeast infections) but just apply it externally to your clitoris twice a day. If this does not help within 48 hours or the urge to urinate gets worse, you may have a UTI and should see a local physician for a urine test.
