hey i am ajay, daily morning when i wake up i have to poop. the prob is when i go on trips i am not able to control my poop like others. i will have a very difficult time finding the bathroom. so what do i do to control it. i am 21 years old and my weight is 68kgs.

You might be having motion sickness if you feel that during travel you are unable to control your bowel movement. When you go on trips take tablet Buscopan
