How To Control Blood Sugar Level?

Dear Sir,I don t know English, I am 43 years old men last three years I m suffering from diabetics . Im 1 hrs daily exercise without fail but every time my FBS is 145 to 165 and my PPBS is 180 to 230 , daily I take 500mg metformin with lunch . Sir please help me how control my blood sugar level I am waiting for your answer.

Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.
There is nothing to get alarmed because this is a natural happening in the course of diabetes progression.
Along with time usually diabetes medications will become less effective.We need to check our diabetes status periodically and change medications accordingly.
kindly follow diet and do daily walking for 45 min
Increase the dose of metformin to two time after food.
