Hi welcome to HCM.
Elevated blood pressure needs to optimally treated especially when associated with persistent headaches.Thyroid hormone fluctuations have to be corrected prior to the institution of antihypertensive drugs.Drugs like ace inhibitors ex ramipril will help to reduce the blood pressure to within the normal limits. It is advised to maintain blood pressure below 130/80 mm of hg.Serial echocardiographic monitoring of the heart can help to study the heart function.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.Thank you.
