Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir i can understand your concern
I am very sorry for your condition.
This problem of excessive bleeding is due to piles.
since her haemoglobin is very low doctors might have given blood to increase her haemoglobin and take up for surgery.
surgery is the only effective way to stop bleeding in piles.
i am very sorry to say this ,there will not be much help from diet and medication in your case.
kindly meet a surgeon and consider for surgery
Hope I was able to help you.
If you have any further question fell free to write me back.I will be happy to help.
Take care.
Best Regards.
