few FWAVES abnormalities with reduced CMAP S of motor nerves along with near normal conduction valocity(N.C.V.) child of age 4 years 8 mnth unable to walk sit by herself hand griping power less . admitted in hospital treated with 30 gms. gamma iv and monocef 750 doctor suspecting of guillian barrie syndrome.

Hi....by what you say I feel that it could Guillain Barre Syndrome. If IVIg is administered then probably your child's treatment is going on in the right direction. I suggest you continue the same and I feel the child will get better. But if the child feels pain in the shoulder then it's a warning sign that there might be an impending respiratory failure.
