Hello madam, from the history you have given, I would suggest you to have a regular follow up with your doctor.A pre conceptional counselling is required, where in a detail history of both the partners is required. And correction of underlying medical condition is required.you will be counselled regarding the ovulation period, the follicles have to reach an adequate size which is around 18 to 20 mm, which is called mature graffian follicle, for the ovulation to occur, during that time you will asked have contact with your partner and if required may be prescribed beta HCG injection . hope i was helpful to you.
