Dear please visit your doctor. You are need of counseling by psychiatrist at the earliest. In mean time please talk to your a friend with whom you can share your problems or speak to some in your family. Please avoid him as far as possible.Keep yourself busy in some creative things and try to change your routine. But at any cost avoid doing anything silly and risk your life. Take care, everything will be fine.

Hello,

I am in agreement with my colleague.

Please urgently meet a mental health professional, preferably a psychiatrist. At the very least, please speak to a counselor on the phone regarding your suicidal thoughts. Here are some links that contain phone numbers you could try to obtain help from -

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... Hi. I am currently under a psychiatrist who is torn between diagnosis for me. Shes not sure whether i have bipolar 2 or borderline personality disorder. I feel its bipolar as i feel i have no control over myself and how i feel and i have no fear of being alone, which i understand is a big factor in borderline. I am currently waiting to see a consultant for a second opinion, who works above my psych, yet i am awaiting an appointment to come through and as he is new ive been told he will have induction things like for the computer system and such and my appt will prob be within a couple of weeks. The thing is, for the last week or so ive been low again. Im currently on meds quetiapine 300mg (150 in morn and at night), 45mg mirtazapine (which was upped from 30mg just yest), and ziploclone 7.5mg every other night. Ive actually for the past four days felt extremely suicidal and i did cut my wrist yesterday morn and went to my gp, but she just upped my mirtazapine from 30mg to 45mg, and told me to stay strong and im doing better than i realise, yet i feel so on the edge it is unreal. I feel like i could go out and drive into the river, ir jump from a high building, i just cant go on. Its not what i think, i cant think straight. I have no money as i spent far beyond my means a few weeks ago when i was on one and hyper, and now im in the red and struggling to get back into the black with all these hefty bank charges. Ive had 3 migranes in the space of 2 weeks, even now im sat here and my head hurts, i feel sort of achey and my eyes are burning like i have a temperature, i dont feel ill as such to say i feel ill with bug or flu, this is just how im feeling every day at the moment. I havethis awful sad feeling, like a heart sinking feeling in my chest and stomach that just wont go away, and the only thing that is keeping me here right now is the fact that im a single mum with 3 young kids. its the weekend so im in, safe. They dont stop me from really wanting to end it all,but means my opportunities for ending my life are limited. I would prob just act on impulse. I really dont know what else to do, does it sound like i have bipolar? i was taken off my serequel a few weeks ago and it sent me on a hyper and i was like 90mph and non-stop. my doc cant do anything more for me and i have to wait for an appt with the psych consultant, but meantime, when im feeling extremely suicidal as i am, what do i do?

Hi, I m 12, and I have recurring clinical depression. I ve had it since I was 10, when i burst out into 2-3 months of depression. Since then, it s come back in short bursts, about an hour at a time. It s gotten worse lately, an example being that a few hours ago, I searched suicide methods and considered a suicide pact. I ve considered suicide every time I have a burst, getting worse each time. I ve not told my parents, and I suspect that they played some part in the depression. I ve even been told by my mother that I was an accident. Of course, it clinged on, and when i was next depressed, it added to fueling it. I ve realised that, on the off chance they should love me, only if, I m still the least favourite of their children, as with my siblings, they congratulate them, whereas my actions are only recognised if they are even slightly bad. Even should I do nothing wrong, I bear the grunt of whatever mood my parents have. Much like a punchbag for the emotions. I was bullied for 8 years, adding insult to injury. I realise that the most part of my depression sources from my parents. I don t get angry or sad, instead I get depressed, so could concealed emotions add to the depression? I have a few friends who know, so, if they are near me whilst depressed, they try to cheer me up. These people are the only comfort this world has to offer me. As I type this, I contemplate suicide in the back of my mind, but I don t want to go to a doctor or psychiatrist, what should I do?

Hello ! I am a 38 year old female. I have been having really bad dizziness for almost 12 years now. It started with a vertigo attack out of the blue in 2000 . I had not been sick prior to this and was in good health. After the vertigo attack I was left with a rocking sensation and general off balanced feeling. This was all day every day to some degree. Smetimes it was bad and sometimes I could handle it. I would lay in bed at night and feel like I was on a ship out at sea. The doctors thought it was anxiety but I knew my body and knew this was not from anxiety. I had many blood tests for diabetes , thyroid, anemia and others to check for deficiencies and many others. I had ultra sounds of my heart, ekg s, blood test s to check heart enzymes , liver function and kidney function. I had an EEG also. All of these tests came back normal. I had a c-scan of my head and neck and also a MRI. They did find a small meningioma tumor in the right front lobe of my brain but said that it was benign and was not anything to worry about. I then saw a neurologist who said he didn t think it was brain related. I then went to an ENT and had the ENG and other test done. He determined I had menieres disease due to symptoms and an abnormal caloric test. I started vestibular rehab and felt better after a while. I still had dizziness everyday all day but it was much more bearable and I got on with life again. The last eight months symptoms have came crashing back really bad again. It started with me being really tired and way dizzier then normal. I was under a tremendous amount of pressure at work and just every day life. When it got really bad I was driving home from a restaurant with my kids. We had just went out to eat and it was Asian food, which I know is packed with sodium and causes issues with people with menieres disease. Anyway, I was driving back and started feeling really tired and kept yawning. I then felt really bloated and like my jeans were too tight. So I felt like I couldn t breathe well and kept yawning over and over. I then started feeling like I may pass out. I stopped at the red light and put my car in park just in case I did. Well it passed after a minute so I continued home which was only a few blocks away. When I got out of the car I felt really shaky and weak and just wanted to lay down. My mom checked my sugar levels and it was a little high, like 180. SO I layed down and thought it was the food, For the next few weeks I felt really tired and still dizzy but not the passing out feeling. Then one night at work a really overwhelming tired feeling came over me and I fet like I was going to pass out again. They called the emergency department and they transported me to the hospital. I hadn t ate much that day and they thought it was because of that because all of the blood tests, ekg, and chest x-rays came back normal. I kept being really tired and dizzy and I finally had to quit work and even give up driving because every time I drove I would feel dizzy and weak. I went back to the ENT and he redid the ENG and everything came back normal this time.He said he thinks I still have menieres but isn t sure if that is what it is since testing was normal this time. I had another MRI, which was no different then the last one. I am just not sure where to go from here and I don t really think my doctors know either and are chalking it up to anxiety. I know that I do have anxiety but it is caused by the way I feel. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. Medicines - Lotrel for HBP - controlled on medicine. Have been on for years. Atenolol foe heart palpitations- works wonderfully - have been on for years also Symptoms Dizziness -Whirling in head- sometimes quick vertigo lasting a few seconds- feeling as though on an elevator when it stops - Foggy headed - sometimes can t concentrate due to head symptoms Weakness Fatigued Eyes feel blurred sometimes or hard to focus Walking makes dizziness worse / laying down brings relief / when standing still in one place I feel like I may fall over Head pressure and ear pressure Ringing in ears at times Sorry this is so long but I wanted to give as much information as possible.
