hi ,u have not mentioned your age ,sex ...and the present condition ...of acne uhave and if are female u have to tell about your menses cycle ..any ways u can go for acnovin face pack (vasu pharma) in any ayurveda medical shop use once in a day and apply cream acnovin...

You are very much late for the treatment of dark spots. If you have taken a treatment for pimples from a reputed skin specialist, probably this would have not occured. Do not use market products. Still, you consult skin specialist and he will definitely help you in giving good relief to your problem of dark spots.

Darks spots on theface...It could be due to pinching of pimples..,
These are called..POSTPIGMENTED ACNE OR BLEMISHES...,
Good treatment is available....
1) Frequently wash with Acnil soap....or Fash Bar...,
2) Orally take Lycopene with Viamin A combination (Dermotriad)
3) If active lesions are there...
Tab Dox 100 mg daily 15 days...
Clindamycin topical cream daily morning times..,
4) For black spots Kojic acid with vitamin C ....cream night times daily...
5) Morning before going sun apply Sunscreen lotion to avoid futher blackening..
Sunban, Suncote, Uvaguard....
6) Chemical peeling by trained dermatologist...,
7) Last but not least.....go for Laser therapy...
expensive but effective...,
Commonest is nd:YAG 1064 nm...Q switched type
go through this ...get good result...Be healthy...,

many options including creams, oral medicines , peels and lasers are available today for pigmentation problems. A visit to the dermatologist is all you need to start with the treatment. Vit-C too plays an important role in depigmenting.

You can do it with many good topical creams available. But do not go for commercial products. Go for medicated ones presscribed by doctors.
